Bethesda Softworks reveals 2011 lineup release dates

Elder Scrolls V will be available worldwide November 11.Video game publisher and developer Bethesda Softworks recently excited fans by announcing the upcoming releases from its 2011 lineup, including the highly anticipated Rage and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Rage will become available in North America on September 13 and in Europe on September 16. Developed by id Software, Rage is one of the most anticipated first-person shooters slated to hit shelves this year. According to Bethesda, the game will utilize id's Tech 5 technology to feature "jaw-dropping" graphics.

Meanwhile, the latest installment to the award-winning Elder Scrolls series will be released worldwide on November 11. The epic saga continues to develop ideas established in previous games by featuring a re-imagined fantasy world.

Both games will be available on multiple platforms. Gamers who want to get the most out of the action can connect their console to an HD-TV, LED monitor or HDMI projector to play in crystal clear quality.

Bethesda also announced release dates for the first-person shooter Brink, which will be available on May 17, and the fantasy action game Hunted, available June 1.
