The Man in Black will soon make his Rock Band debut, as video game developer Harmonix recently announced eight classic hits from Johnny Cash will be available for download on January 4.
Available on Rock Band 3 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii, gamers can buy the entire eight-song package for $13.49 - or the Microsoft or Wii points equivalent - or purchase each track individually for $2.
Tracks include Cry, Cry, Cry; Don't Take Your Guns to Town; Five Feet High and Rising; Folsom Prison Blues; I Got Stripes; I Walk the Line; Tennessee Flat Top Box and the Ballad of Ira Hayes.
Gamers who want to get the most out of their virtual performance at Folsom Prison can connect their console to an HD-TV, LED monitor or HDMI projector to play in pristine, high-definition quality.
In addition, Harmonix announced nine tracks will become available for free on the same day from lesser known bands, including Abnormality, Anarchy Club, Breaking Wheel, Libyans and more.
