Rockstar Games recently announced the expansion of its controversial video game series with Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The new edition bundles Rockstar’s award-winning Grand Theft Auto IV with additional Episodes from Liberty City in one package. In a press release, Rockstar called this package the “definitive Grand Theft Auto,” featuring hundreds of hours of single-player gameplay that spans three separate storylines.
Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition allows gamers to return to the crime-riddled streets and seedy underworld of Liberty City. In this version, gamers will play as three separate characters: Eastern European immigrant Niko Bellic from the original edition of Grand Theft Auto IV as well as newcomers Johnny Klebitz, a hardened biker of the Lost motorcycle club, and Luis Lopez, the right-hand man of nightlife guru Tony Prince.
The game features sweeping sandbox-style landscapes for gamers to explore. These environments are best viewed through an HD-TV, LED monitor or HDMI projector for bright, high-definition picture.
Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition is now available in North America and is slated to launch in Europe on October 29.
