New World Rally Championship video game hits the stores in October

Gamers will get to control their favorite rally drivers in the new WRC videogame Black Bean Games announced on Monday its FIA World Rally Championship video game will be available in stores on October 8, 2010.

The new game, developed by Milestone, will give gamers access to all the official licensed cars, drivers and co-drivers from the 2010 WRC season, as well as those who participate in the P-WRC, S-WRC and J-WRC.

Racing game fans looking to experience the highest level of gaming can connect their consoles to an HD TV, LCD monitor or gaming projector and enjoy 78 different rally stages in pristine, high-quality displays.

Gamers will have the opportunity to steer their favorite drivers through more than 550km of unique road conditions in 13 countries. In addition, WRC enthusiasts will also have the option to compete for 50 different trophies through the new Road to the WRC mode.

Although NASCAR and F1 receive most of the attention in the racing industry, many experts think the WRC has some of the world’s best drivers.
